3rd Annual Summer Gathering

Date: Sept 1-4, 2017 (Labor Day Weekend)
Time: Fri 4 pm – Mon 2 pm
Location: Upper Lake, CA

Registration fee covers lodging for 3 nights, 9 meals, snacks, beverages, and all activities.


WAIT LIST: If the ticket you want is sold out, you can join the wait list for that ticket (and any others you want to waitlist).

CAMPING: Tent and RV tickets are sold out, but you can still camp. Simply purchase a cabin or dorm ticket (at standard price) and let us know on your registration form that you’re bringing your tent or RV (so we don’t assign you to a bed). The other option is to join the wait list in case a spot opens up at the tent rate.

REFUNDS: Full refunds (minus $50 processing fee) are available until August 11. After that date, refunds will only be issued if someone from the wait list can fill the spot.

TICKETS: TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION. After completing registration, your ticket will be emailed to you automatically. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
